Saddleback Mission Viejo Concrete is a concrete contractor with its office at 27001 La Paz Rd, Mission Viejo, CA, run by Trevor Lindqvist and licensed as CSLB C-8 by the California Contractors State License Board. It operates this website and it is the business you deal with, from the first call to the last walk over the finished slab. These terms apply to every page on this domain and to any estimate requested through it.

Written estimates

An estimate costs nothing and puts you under no obligation. Every estimate is measured and written on site, because a hillside pad is priced by what the probe finds under it, and none of that shows in a photograph or on a call. Nothing on this website is a quotation or an offer. The only figure we stand behind is the one on the itemized estimate handed to you at the visit, and it holds for 30 days from the date written on it. After that we measure again.

Consent to be contacted

When you send the form you agree that Saddleback Mission Viejo Concrete may contact you at the phone number and email address you entered, by call, by text message and by email, about the project you described. You hear back within 1 business day. Consent is not a condition of hiring us or buying anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to end texts, or call or email the office to withdraw consent altogether.

Using this website

You may read every page here and share a link to any of them. You may not copy or republish the text or the photographs, and you may not send the form for anything but a real inquiry about concrete work at a property you own or manage. What the pages describe is how we usually work on the pads and slopes of Mission Viejo, and that practice changes as we learn, so the pages may change without notice.

Photographs and reviews

The project photographs and the descriptions beside them show jobs we have finished, as examples of what the work looks like. They are not a promise of the same result at your address, because how much fill sits under the pad, how a mixer reaches the rear of a lot, and the design agreed in your written estimate all change what a job takes. Each review is the customer's own wording, as published on the platform named beside it.

License and guarantee

Saddleback Mission Viejo Concrete holds license CSLB C-8 with the California Contractors State License Board, checkable by business name at cslb.ca.gov. We carry liability insurance on every job. Every pour is backed by a written workmanship guarantee against defects in how it was built. It does not cover movement of the ground or fill beneath the slab, damage from loads or misuse, or normal wear. To claim, call the number printed on your estimate and we come out and look.

Liability and law

This website is provided as it is, and we are not liable for loss that comes from relying on its general descriptions rather than on an estimate written for your property. The work itself is governed by that written estimate and by the contract you sign after it, including any permit from the City of Mission Viejo Building Division. These terms and our work are governed by the law of California, and a dispute is heard in the courts of Orange County.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms as the way we work changes, and the version on this page is the one in force. The date in the paragraph at the top tells you when it last moved.
